Wayne Cole Contracting was founded in December 2019 in Gilbert, Arizona by longtime luxury builder Justin Argall, a craftsman with decades of experience creating high-end, custom homes. The name Wayne Cole is more than just a business title — it’s personal. Wayne is Justin’s middle name, and Cole is the middle name of his son, Easton, an aspiring architect who shares his father’s passion for innovative, sustainable design. Together, their names symbolize a legacy of building — one rooted in experience, and one reaching toward the future.
 
After building a successful reputation in Arizona, Wayne Cole Contracting has now planted new roots in Rockwall, Texas, ready to bring our signature quality and craftsmanship to North Texas families looking to build the luxury home of their dreams.
